Terms and conditions for the Ulema medical support

The holder of the Minacsa card is entitled to a maximum of five visits per calendar year to medical practitioners, as prescribed by the Islamic Medical Association and Minacsa.

The medical support will include the holder of the Minacsa card, as well as their direct dependents, i.e., spouse and children.

The service will include a free consultation, check-up, and advice.

Dispensation of medication, as well as operation and hospital costs, are excluded.

The Minacsa card is nontransferable.

As the support is for Ulema, fair use of the service is assumed.

The holder of the Minacsa card will liaise directly with the medical practitioner to book appointments.

The doctor's discretion and decision will be final; neither the IMA nor Minacsa can interfere with their work. We need to appreciate that it is a voluntary service.

The Minacsa card, as well as proof of identity, will be required prior to consultation.

The bearer of the Minacsa benefit card will only be able to visit a designated doctor pre-allocated by the IMA regional office with a prior appointment.

The Minacsa Medical Card Benefit Scheme is in partnership with IMA. It is a voluntary service offered by IMA members.

Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to members of Minacsa.

Details of medical practitioners can be requested from the Minacsa office or the regional Islamic Medical Association.

Procedures for Booking an Appointment
The holder of the Minacsa card should contact the Islamic Medical Association to book an appointment. Please call either 011-837-6717
1. A regional doctor will be assigned to the Minacsa member.
2.The MINACSA member will book an appointment with the medical practitioner directly.
3.The Minacsa card, as well as proof of identity, will be required before the consultation.
