TeleMed Support for Imams: A Groundbreaking Healthcare Initiative

 

Minacsa, in partnership with the Islamic Medical Association of South Africa (IMASA) and with backend support from Ashraful Aid, is proud to announce the launch of the TeleMed Support Initiative—a first-of-its-kind program designed to provide Imams and Muazzins with direct, confidential access to quality healthcare.

Imams are the spiritual anchors of our communities, and this initiative ensures they receive the medical care they deserve through a simple, technology-driven process.

 

How the TeleMed Process Works

 

NB: All applicants should be registered with Minacsa first. A whatsapp phone number is required for the consult.

1. Application & Code Generation

• Imams complete a short online application at https://ashrafulaidapplications.bitrix24.site/crm_form_nsxl7/

• A unique access code is generated for them.

 

2. A WhatsApp/sms will be sent with details to request a consult.
